''Faire Corps - Go With The Flow'' /''Embody - Go With The Flow'' (July, 2020)

Dans les montagnes de Corse, à la cascade de la Bughja après une randonnée sportive sous un soleil écrasant. Une récompense glacée. Spontanément, sans préparation, mon amie chez laquelle je suis en vacances me demande un rapide shooting sauvage dans le bassin. Je dégaine et y vais à l'instinct. En sortent quelques portraits bien esthétiques ; j'ai choisi celui qui me transporte le plus. Pourquoi celui-ci? Bien sûr d'abord parce que j'aime l'aspect et l'équilibre, artistiquement (les couleurs et lumières, posture). Mais surtout, il se trouve que cette prise est à ranger dans ma liste de photos hautement symboliques, qui viennent marquer un moment d'existence important, un vécu, un tournant. Cet été 2020 l'échange psychologique et philosophique avec cette amie a été très intense et inédit, un vrai tournant pour nous et pour elle en particulier. Sur cette photo ce tournant/son nouvel élan de vie est immortalisé de la plus belle façon : elle s'incarne si sereine, apaisée et forte avec douceur et calme. C'est qu'elle est connectée, elle fait corps avec son être, et avec le monde concret/l'ordre naturel qui l'entoure et dans lequel elle se fond (''go with the flow''). Le regard d'un guerrier-apaisé. De cette acceptation elle tire un élan de ''renaissance'', émergeant des flots comme un archétype de Vénus, toute altière, harmonieuse et sensuelle comme jamais avant. Elle se découvre. Je suis témoin.

In the mountains of Corsica, at the Bughja cascade after a hike under a burning sun. A frozen reward. Spontaneously, my friend (that was hosting me for the holiday), asked me a fast photo shooting in front of the waterfall. I took my camera and get by instinct. It gave some good portraits full of estheticism ; I have chosen the one that transports me the most. Why this one? Of course it is firstly because I like the aspect and balance, artistically speaking (colors, light, posture etc.). But above all, this photo shot has to be put in my list of highly symbolic photographs, those who mark important and existential moments in my life. This summer 2020 we talked a lot with this dear friend, about deep subjects both psychological and philosophical. It was intense and unprecedented, a true turning point for us and particularly for her. On this pic this turning point/new momentum of life is immortalized in the most beautiful way : she is embodying herself so serene, peaceful and strong with softness and calm. That's because she is connected, she becomes one with her being and with the concret world/natural order that surronds her and in which she blends in (''go with the flow''). The look of a peaceful-warrior. From this acceptation, she draws a momentum of ''rebirth'', surfacing from this waves as an archetypal Venus, proud, harmonious and sensual like never before. She is discovering herself. I'm the witness.
