Photo prise devant le petit manège du métro Saint-Paul. J'aimais beaucoup l'effet mystérieux des lumières du manège derrière la toile de fermeture, et les silhouettes de ces gens attendant leur rendez-vous. Ils soulignent les différents plans de la composition, et se répondent. Les lignes du manège composent une sorte de cadre pelliculaire.

A photo taken in front of the small carousel in Saint-Paul underground station in Paris. I liked the mysterious effect of the lights behind the canva, and the silhouettes of this people waiting fo a meet/date. They are drawing the different plans of the composition, responding to each other. The ligns of the carousel compose a sort of ''roll of photographic films'' frame

''Je t'aime''. Toujours en compagnie d'une petite muse, j'ai enfin pu voir la terrasse du café Le Nemours sous la pluie en ayant mon appareil photo sur moi. J'ai ainsi pu capturer les jeux de reflets magiques que la situation procure. L'éclairage semble une pluie dorée qui vient tomber dans une immense "tasse" au premier plan (en réalité une table couverte d'eau). Laissons nous perdre pieds devant cette scène magique de la vie quotidienne!

''I love you''. Still chilling with my little muse at night, I finally had the opportunity to be in front of the Nemours coffee's terrace under the rain, WITH my camera. This way I captured the plays of reflections brought by this particular event. The lighting seems to be a rain of gold that just falls into a huge cup in the forefront (actually a table full of water). Let's drown our minds in front this magic scene of the daily life!

"Golden Hour - The Victory"

 Le jour tombe lentement de cette manière dorée si connue (la "golden hour"/heure dorée), ici au Jardin du Luxembourg en charmante compagnie. Une vue merveilleuse qui semble une route vers le paradis, d'où viennent ces promeneurs (j'aime leurs longues ombres par terre). "Victory" parce que j'ai pris cette photo peu après mon dernier exam à l'Ecole du Louvre, et, donc, miraculeusement bien réussi. La fin d'une si longue bataille pleine de symbolisme. Cette vue me l'évoque tellement.

The day falls slowly with this famous golden way (''golden hour''), here in the Jardin du Luxembourg in charming company. A marvelous view, it seems to be a paradise way from where this people come from (I like their long shadows). "Victory" because I took this pic just after finishing my final tests in the Ecole du Louvre, miraculously with a good outcome. The end of a very long battle full of symbolism. This view evokes me it so much

Mon ami dormait encore dans son lit quand j'ai pris cette photo, pour capturer les jeux d'ombres/reflets sur le mur et la scène. Un seul petit trou dans les rideaux laissait passer la lumière pour créer ces lignes sur le mur. Une atmosphère paisible, des nuances de blanc/gris. Mon ami n'est pas loin de rappeler une figure christique d'ailleurs. Edouard Vuillard, en référence à la composition qui rappelle un peu la peinture homonyme au Musée d'Orsay.

When my friend was still sleeping in the morning, I took this shot to capture the play of shadows/reflections in the room, and the scene. Just a tiny hole in the curtains was letting the light come in and create these lines on the wall. A peacefull atmosphere, shades of white and grey. My friend is closed to be a christe-like figure by the way. Edouard Vuillard, because the composition reminds me of his painting ''Au lit'' (Orsay Museum)

Au musée Rodin en charmante compagnie, l'oeuvre ''la tempête" vue de très près, avec cette lumière solaire donnant cette transparence extraordinaire. Le personnage est foudroyé, saisi comme nous ce jour qui entama une histoire merveilleuse.

In the Musée Rodin (Paris) in charming company, the work "la tempête" seen closely, with a sunlight bringing this wonderful transparency. The figure is in shock, like we were this day that begins a beautiful story.
