''Dame du Carrousel'' /''Lady of the Carrousel'' (May, 25th 2012)
Dans ces ballades entre mes cours à l'EDL, j'ai souvent contemplé ces statues de Maillol. Elles sont les nymphes distribuées dans les jardins du Carrousel, et y ajoutent une âme. Je les appelle les ''Dames du Carrousel'', et plusieurs photographies de mon site leur rendent hommage. Ici par exemple une dame assise dans un carré de végétation où les rayons du soleil matinal dessinent ces traits magnifiques en degrés de profondeur. Une voûte merveilleuse qui fait rêver.

In these ballads between my courses at the EDL, I often contemplated these statues of Maillol. They are the nymphs distributed in the gardens of the Carrousel, and add a soul to it. I call them the "Ladies of the Carrousel", and several photographs on my site pay tribute to their presence. Here, for example, a lady seated in a square of vegetation where the rays of the morning sun draw these magnificent lines of depth. A wonderful vault that makes you dream.
